Loved the on site onsen. Staff friendly. Easy parking.

While the facility is clean and lobby is refreshed/newer looking, the guest rooms are a little dated. Still has what you need, but basic. Great hotel for price!!

We had made a reservation at a different hotel that was absolutely horrid, so my partner and I quickly looked for a different place and found this! The staff is very kind and though the property shows its age, everything was clean and accurate to the photos. The gift shop and cafe in the lobby were great. It was only a short stay so I can't speak to the breakfast or spa services as we didn't partake. Overall great deal and decent stay.

I've seen some other reviews about the beds and I would have to agree, they are incredibly hard so fair warning if you aren't used to that. The lobby smelled great, but when we got to our floor there was a permeating musty/moldy smell in the hall and we had to open the balcony door in the room to air it out each day. The wallpaper in our room was visibly torn/scratched up on one side which was a bummer, but other than that everything was great.

Very health conscious. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The carpeted floors and wallpaper in the hallway and rooms were quite outdated and dirty.

I love this place , from I walk into the lobby till I check out . Everyday ! Morning I have great , healthy breakfast, parking lot have plenty spot you can park your car , the hotel is up hill so is quite, at night you can see beautiful view, you can walk around their garden. Everyone who works there is so friendly, always have their smile on face , alway greeting you when they see their guests . Room are clean , and when they clean my room , they also help me to put my supplies in order.. They have wash machines and dryers. You can use it .normally. I put my clothes to wash before I use the public bath. So when I finish my clothes done too..This is my 2 time stay there , and I will keep going back when I visit okinawa .

Their pillow is too soft. Also, I put an extra blanket on bed to make the bed not too hard

The staff here are very friendly, always greeting when they see guests . This was my 2 time here , and I came from Germany, their breakfast are great, healthy, many choices, don't matter you like noodles, bread, eggs, rice , Soup... they have it all ... the night view to the city is beautiful.. after long day, you can go to their bath to relax ?????.

The Pillow it not Support enough. But I always asked extra ?

The EM bath was fantastic, it made me feel great afterwards.

The bed was too hard and there were stains on the hallway carpet.

I liked the bakery and shopping

This place is amazing. The room is large and the sento is the best one I've gone to. You can also buy a personal serving of milk from the vending machine right outside the baths. The milk is a definite winner. The view from my balcony is stunning. Depending on the room, you can easily see the ocean on both sides of the island.

The bed is a rock

The best things about this property are the onsen bath and the food. The bath is big with a sauna and steam room. Complimentary fresh pajamas every day. The breakfast is amazing (add it to your room when you make a reservation) (includes lots of organic vegetables and brown rice, etc.). The food at the cafe in the lobby also wonderful. Nice essential oil diffusers going throughout the property. Staff are very nice. Free, shared laundry but you have to go to a separate room for it.

Though comfortable, this property is old. I didn’t mind though. It felt homey.

Honestly not much....

Is 2025 and the Spa is prohibited to turist that have tattoos, ridiculous rules! I booked for 3 days as it's a spa hotel and I was not allowed to enjoy the facilities, the spa and I felt discriminated, it was very bad. I haven't seen this rules when booking the hotel and I was told at the check in, so since the arrival I didn't feel good and didn't enjoy my holiday. The hotel is from the 70',while I have to say is clean, it is very vintage/yellowish. Breakfast isn't international but only for Japanese people and very brave people. Location is ok if you have a car or not many choices for moving around.

There is a baths. The room is large and clean. The breakfirst is good.

Food, hotel service people are nice , friendly, . The night view to city.

Bus is not late enough, if you don't have a car, don't think want to book here , cuz is up the hills

It’s not brand new but quite clean. Onsen very excellent.

5 mins driving distance to Aeon Rycom, 15mins to American Village.

The location is good and the staff is very nice.

The hotel is very old and needs to be refurbished. The room is very humid and smelled like mold.

Like the spa treatment, big onsen pool and ice cream at breakfast, great city view from room.

No swimming pool

This place is truly amazing. I loved the staff, the breakfast? The rooms and the bathhouse. . From thr moment you arrive the staff greet you with a smile. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has several options. The public bath house which is included is just what one needs are a long day.also the views from the hotel are stunning. You get a great view of the city and ocean.

I like the variety of options inside the property.

Couldn’t get in hot spring. People with tattoos aren’t allowed.

Room is abit dated but comfortable, balcony no lights, we liked the breakfast and also the hot spring facilities (short walk from main building but connected via the hotel linkway), friendly staff, very spacious environment. There is water dispenser right beside the lift.

Car park is at the side no shelter, we went in January so wasn't any issue.

The room temperature is very hot. Staff told that there was a central air con so cannot adjust the temperature.

The breakfast is wonderful, but this time i had to wait about 25 minutes because the hotel was booked with students and the breakfast was served in a small room.
